Each year it seems like the players are thinking the golden goose is about to be beheaded......so they want theirs while they can.

I agree with the premise of let them talk to agents and NBA scouts in high school. If the scouts think they are ready, go ahead and pull the trigger and skip the college farce.

Yes, there will be many more that fail instead of succeed. Even four year players hit that wall. These young guys have no desire to be in college. To them, it's minor league
ball just below the G-League.

Maybe they can figure out a way of letting scouts decide who can come out from high school? Maybe have two from every team at a high school combine and let them vote for the guys who are allowed to go to the draft and the rest have to go to college or overseas.

This thread isn’t what it used to be because we saw how many kids go through the process now to get feedback. Granted most of the kids we’ve talked about so far are lottery picks so the chance of them changing their minds is slim. But every player of Kentucky’s roster should go through the process and see what the nba scouts tell them for their own benefit.
