How can you guys blame the officials when UT hit 3 open 3's and we threw the ball away, walked and stepped on the sideline?

At least one of the times we “stepped on the sideline” a UT player was diving into our players legs to push him out of bounds.

The RT foul out call was egregious as was the no call on Williams that kept him in the game.

This has always fascinated me. The refs didn't make Richards leave Williams open for three and they didn't make Johnson not properly rotate on the three that put UT up. There were questionable calls both ways like there is in every single game, but we made mistakes that let UT take the game from us.

On the refs, I thought they inserted themselves into the game way too much for the middle half of that second half. I don't think the better part of the game was that badly officiated but really inconsistent for the better part of the second half.

I’m not arguing refs cost the game - Cals predictable habit of taking the air out of a game did more. But given the way the game was called, Reid absolutely got screwed out of a fifth foul.

Even if we won we were never going to be a 1 seed in the South. If Duke loses tonight I doubt even then we were in the South. Makes no difference now. Just another day of rest for the Cats.

Seriously... YOU watch the replay. He doesn’t come within a foot of his arms. It was an egregious, garbage, game changing foul.
