Brown and Harper can kill you if you're not prepared for them. They've combined for 101 threes (!) on the season, which has to be among the best of any guard tandem in America. If Kentucky brings the game it sometimes plays where we don't get out to shooters Auburn can win this by 15 or more.

I think Kentucky fights in this game and it's going to come down to the end. I like our frontcourt against theirs and I don't think they'll be able to turn Hagans over very much. I also think Hagans can at least hold Harper down, but you have to worry that a quick whistle might put Hagans on the bench with early fouls. That's where the game could get gnarly.

This is a tall order at Auburn and given that this is a game I had us chalked up to lose way back in October, I'm sticking to that prediction.

    Kentucky 74
    Auburn 77

    In overtime.

If we start out games like we have in the past, and if Keldon doesn't show up, we get beat badly.

If everyone shows up and plays well, it could be interesting.

      Splitting the difference:

      Auburn 77
      Kentucky 71

If the team that beat UNC and Louisville show up, we win by double digits....if we start off slow like we have been recently and don't guard the three, we'll lose by double digits. This game will definitely show if we have really progressed or not in the last few weeks.

Like Dwight said, Keldon has to perform and we simply can't spot them ten points to start the game.

            With that said:

            Auburn 78
            Kentucky 64

I have no doubt Hagans will have two fouls before the 2nd media timeout.

Another game I can't watch due to my camping trip. I will be listening on the radio though with a bunch of UL fans. We must overcome our slow starts. We need decent post games from PJ and Reid. Hopefully Nick plays well again. Auburns guards are killers if you let them. We need good perimeter defense or this could get ugly.

Cats tough out a road win and win 78-72.

I don''t see a scenario where UK wins by double digits. Not with how good Auburn is and not with how fast they play. I can see a close UK win, a close Auburn win, and an Auburn win by 8-10, but I don't see UK winning on the road by 10+

Expect an Auburn win by 7 to 15 pts. Hoping for the best and that we play great on both ends and it is a different score.

Which Kentuky team will show up today, that is the big question? Is the one who rolled Carolina and Georgia or the one who has taken a few beating this season?

Coming into this season we all knew about Johnson, the potential of Herro, Washington, the seasoned leadership of Travis, and the development of Richards, not to mention the upside to Montgomery. The one thing that i was most concerned about was the PG play, not so much the ability to handle the ball but the ability to score if needed. As someone mentioned last weeek, our very best player may very well indeed be A. Hagans, this kid has turned into a stud and you can tell the game is starting to slow down for him. We know he's a great defender but he's starting to keep defenders off balance and he can score when he wants too by getting to the rim AND he hits his FT's. Win or lose today, i feel so much better about this basketball team moving foward it aint even funny, exicted to watch this team continue to grow...

And just want to throw this out there again in regards to Hagans, looking at Hagans a month or so ago he kind of reminded me of John Wall in regards to his size and build, how ironic Hagans idles Wall and studies his game? The best attribute and resemblance of Wall that i like about Hagans is he's a Alpha male, vocal, he's not shy, he's out to win, he's a competitor, that is exactly what this team needed.....
