Or Eric Allen, who never played for UK but who I saw practice and look very good in Tubby's last year. Think he went on to play a year at Middle Tennessee. He was listed on UK's roster at one point.

Or going back a little: Michael Parks, who was a walk-on on Pitino's first team. That team also had a guy named Skip McGraw.

I have no idea what the scholarship totals are for next year, but I wonder if he's being shed in order to make room for EJ Montgomery or Ashton Hagan.
