The WCN Prediction Contest Doesn't Want to Talk About Its Bracket: Buffalo Edition

This game is going to have a lot of possessions, a lot of shots, and a lot of twists and turns. Basically it's going to be the polar opposite of the game we saw last night with Davidson. If we let Missouri transfer Wes Clark get going it might be a long night.

The game is on at 5:15 tomorrow afternoon. My prediction:

This should be a high scoring game. The more I read the better I like this matchup. I might think differently by tomorrow night but I think UK can pull away for a good convincing win.

The pace will definitely be greater. I was really impressed with Buffalo last night in how they pushed the ball and wasn't afraid to let it fire. They are really fast and closed out on Arizona's shooters really well. I like our length in this one. We have to be solid on defense and not get caught playing catch up to the spot with our bigs. The Cat's will get out and run when the pace dictates that. Think early in the year when we were scoring in bunches. This game should set up well for Knox and Shai.

I went 13-3 yesterday. Yes, I picked Buffalo. We can talk about brackets.

But, I had Providence in the Sweet 16 and they're about to lose, so we can't talk about it that much.

Buffalo is going to try to run with Kentucky. Their Harris kid is a baller and really took it to Ayton yesterday. Of course they won't go 15-30 from three again and we won't go o-fer.
