The WCN Prediction Contest is Ready for This: Davidson Edition

It all starts, shockingly, in a couple of hours. Kentucky goes out tonight against a Davidson team that shoots a crazy number of threes and has two excellent players--including Peyton Aldridge, who's one of these guys we'll see playing overseas for years--who can rise up and win a game if you aren't careful. They'll start bombing early and continue all the way through, and if Kentucky guards them like they did Admiral Schofield in the first half Sunday, it could be lights out on this up and down season.

The game is at 7:00 this evening. I'm pumped.

When I pick us to win, we lose, and when I pick us to lose, we win. I'm sitting out the NCAA Tournament. I can't chance this.

Threes and turnovers are the key to this game. UK can't afford to go down 8-10 in this game, they will be in major trouble if they do.

That said, if we can't beat a 12 seed we weren't doing anything anyways. Cats should win this unless something goes really wrong.

The NCAA Tournament hasn't been on ESPN for probably three decades.

They did cover those play in games for a couple of years before Turner took over. But yea its been since the 80's that they had a lot of coverage. They would show replays of the games all night long until they started back the next day.
