And I stayed up to an ungodly hour watching games last night. I think Montana/Michigan ended at about 1:30.

Speaking of: that was the ugliest game known to man. Montana mustered something like 47 points. My son's on an AAU team that can score 47 points, and that team has three or four kids on it who've never played organized basketball before.

It was the worst performance I've ever seen in the NCAA Tournament.

Wright State had the same I think. I'm glad those two weren't pared against each other.

I wish I could have stayed up to watch that Buffalo game. Would have really enjoyed that.

I am glad we don't have to play Arizona, but Buffalo looked like a team that could torch us last night. We should be extremely cautious in being glad of our path.

Buffalo probably won't come out blazing against us like they did last night. It was a perfect storm, reminiscent of the Florida Gulf Coast a couple of years ago. In the first game, they looked absolutely dominant, but when they came back to earth, they came back HARD.

Buffalo is a good team: well-coached, and they've got some high-level players, too. Not scrubs. But last night was a perfect storm for them: they hit everything they threw up, they were getting some ungodly breaks, and Arizona looked completely disinterested and disengaged. No defense was being played by them and their effort was non-existent.

I expect us to win by 10-12 tomorrow.

We match up better against Buffalo as well.

Arizona has two or three true centers. Buffalo picked on those guys all night by just taking them away from the basket and driving them. Our defense operates completely differently.

I went to bed at halftime of the Buffalo--Zona game, couldn't sleep, got back up and watched the end of that one then some Florida. Usually I sleep like a rock but not these 1st 2 days of the tourney. It's truly a madness of some sort.

I don't think Buffalo has that much. As Will stated, it seems everything was going their way, plus Zona's heads were definitely not in the game.

I was 14-2 yesterday, which for me is really good. Like someone said, for the most part the games are being won according to the seeds. My two losses were Buffalo and Loyola.
