Too bad they don't make all the member schools pay back their share. I do believe the ACC would be showing Louisville the door right about now.

Apparently, ALL player records are to be vacated, even players who had nothing to do with it.

Essentially, the record books will show that Peyton Siva and some of those guys never had a career at the University of Louisville.

        Ouch.

What blows my mind is that there is still a large number of Louisville fans that are making excuses for Jurich and Pitino. If the roles were reversed and this was Kentucky, the Louisville fans would be showing no mercy. Those people have no shame and I relish in their misery today.

Been listening to Card radio. It's truly incredible. The lack of pride, self awareness or ethics with that fanbase is truly amazing. I really don't get it. They know they were guilty of running a brothel. The school admitted it. They think their self imposed nonsense is all they deserve.

People complain, and mostly justified, that the NCAA is inconsistent and a joke. But at some point some kind of punishment was needed beyond just slapping themselves. This was a disgusting display of impropriety.

People rightfully lost their jobs. Pitino is scum. And Jurich hitched his wagon in support of him during the Sypher mess as well as whoregate and the Adidas scandal. It cost him and it should have.

It's a bad deal for Padgett and current players but their fans deserved this because they accepted these scandals as nothing. We all know that UNC should have gotten hammered. But that should not excuse what UL did and covered up.

I will absolutely say with certainty that if UK was doing what they did, I would hope we would get the same treatment. I would be ashamed as a fan.

This is their bed. I hope their idiotic fans spend their days with insomnia.

It would probably be impossible to force them to give up their rings.

Technically, I think they're supposed to give them up, although I doubt there is any way to enforce that.

It would be if that ring was mine and I earned it.

Jay Bilas and some of the College Game Day analyst don't like the inconsistency punishments that NCAA dishes out...Ex: UNC.

Yeah...Reece Davis bashed the decision also. Go figure.

Wonder if those UL fans think the Final Four banners from Memphis and UMASS should be put back up for Cal. Asking for a friend.
