This may have been Cal's best regular season win at UK. Just a stunning comeback. I was just hoping UK would play even with them in the 2nd half. Knox with a remarkable game and like DVZ said he probably locked up a lottery spot in the draft. That last three he hit was just remarkable, very Monk like. Richards even played well down the stretch. He hit all of his foul shots and got some big boards. UK's first comeback from the halftime deficit was great but the 2nd comeback after going back down four was even more impressive. Most teams even veteran teams would have wilted after that. Hopefully this is a season builder. This should get them up a few seed lines too come March. Just a great win! Hang around and enjoy it a while. Now I have a couch to burn.

Way to fight CATS!!!! Great Coaching tonight CAL. Very hard place to get a W. Happy to be wrong about this team. I hope they keep the momentum. If this team plays like the 2nd half the rest of the year they will be a tough out for anybody. Just hope to see them keep improving.Nice to have JV and QG back if nothing else than for different looks on offense and defense. JV is a GREAT Rebounder. Poor shooter but Great Rebounder. Like MKG when he was here.

That first half WVU played was not typical of them. Hitting three's like they did was way out of the norm. 2nd half was more like what they do most of the time. Ragged offense that depends on their defense to get easy baskets. I thought too most of the turnovers for UK in the first half were unforced errors. I'm not so sure they were mental errors more than the pressure. UK just played a lot smarter in the 2nd half. They also hit the offensive boards big time. They had to have had a ton of points off 2nd shots.

A win I certainly didn't expect, but one I'm not entirely surprised by, either. The Cats that we saw in the final fifteen minutes are the guys that I've had hope that we can become in March.

Let's use this as a springboard and get some wins in the SEC. HUGE, HUGE, HUGE win by the young Cats!!!

What a great comeback and game for the young cats. Knox finally playing with aggression and toughness and attacking the basket. I'm not sold that the season is turning around for them totally but all we can do is hope. I've watched Knox for 20+ games prior and half the time, he's not knocking down shots like that. IF he wasn't hot and keeping UK in it, it could have turned very ugly. BUT - credit is due. They came out in the 2nd half and played very good. Good Job Cats

Richards with a solid game as well. Kid needs to work on his hands - he's got some of the worst hands that I can think of. Misses so many balls. Even Hami played decent. Watched him several times get completely lost on defense but for him, it was better.

The only bad news? Tonight Knox may have solidified his spot in the lottery.

If Knox makes the lottery it means UK finished out the season in fine fashion. I'll take his departure if it means we have a shot for the "Elite 8".
