This one will hurt on selection Sunday,

Have to win Saturday. Going to get run completely out of WVU.

We've had worse losses for sure. But not this year. UT is a legit team. This one is not.

My hope is Vanderbilt eats a ton of Diallo's minutes.

This was a bad loss that shouldn't have happened. But stuff like this happens when you're playing with a team this green... the fouls started piling up, they made their little run, we got tight and couldn't get a bucket.

We lost a road game to a decent team. It's not the end of the world.
Keep pumping that sunshine. USC is not a decent team.

This wasnt just a road loss. UK led by 14 with 11 minutes to go.

I guess there is nothing that this team can do wrong according to some fans.

This game was awful. Will end up costing UK big time.

I don’t get this at all. Why wouldn’t you want him to come back and keep getting better?

If we had a deeper rotation and could limit his minutes, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

          Heheh. Pumping sunshine? Hardly.

The game sucked and it was a bad loss. I'm just saying that I'm not surprised and it's not the end of the world.

I don't see any real lottery talent on our roster. And we're super young. And we're playing in an improved league, on the road in a hostile environment. Losing by 10 when you were up by 14 in the second half is inexcusable and infuriating, but I've seen it happen before with teams this young, and guess what? I'll see it happen again. Probably this year.

Why do you even watch the games if they make you so miserable?

A bad loss that like KCKUKFan said, it shouldn't have happened, but we found some hope in Vanderbilt. From now on he will be a factor and when we get Green back, it should be fun again.

Overall - I was afraid this was going to be a L so I'm not that upset. SC is a tough team and a physical team and UK is not. This team is soft and Knox is lazy and soft just to name one of them... One thing I noticed and I'm not sure what Cal was doing... In the 2nd half when JV was in the game - the energy and play of the team went way up and it was very easy to see. Then, he seemed to not play him but I understand he wants to take it very slow with him which I agree with. I think JV needs to take Diallos minutes or spot in general. Better with the ball, better on defense, and simply better.

I predicted USC to win this game, then thought better of it when I saw how bad they were. Still not having Green tonight was huge as Alexander had worst game of his career. Also we just play so soft. Missing a jillion free throws down the stretch is a testament to that. This team is going NOWHERE folks

Simply put - I just don't like him or his game. He's selfish. Just because he's at UK doesn't mean that I got to love every player that's on the team.

What good does it do to post stuff like this? Do you sleep better because you sound off with so much negativity? You were a good part of our conversation when things were going good, but as the game slipped away, then you start your spew. Puzzling!

To be fair, there were a number of freshmen before Cal at Kentucky that I remember being annoyed by, or just plain disliking. But they stuck around and got better and I came around to them.

We just haven't had that opportunity since Cal has been here. Hami is a great athlete with a low basketball IQ and a super-raw game. Doesn't mean he won't get better -- he will, because he's a talented kid who is coachable.

Because he's a miserable twit, Lighthouse. You know this. Plus, he probably lost a bet or something.

                            Signed,

                            Brandon Knight's team 2010
                            The Twins' first team 2014

We saw the same godawful crap from those two squads that we're seeing now -- worse, actually. And both teams almost won titles. So, let's just slow down on the hyperbole, shall we?

This team isn't nearly as talented as the twins' first team, but I see some similarities with the Brandon Knight team.

Again - yes, there were freshman that improved - so what. Hami isn't staying regardless. Someone will take him this year on potential. I won't say he's a great athlete because I don't know if he is but he's a great leaper/jumper and can run. He has a decent jumper when set up and square. For me - I don't like him, I don't like his game, and I'm tired of watching him not play any form of defense and leaving guys open and on and on.

Trouble is we don’t have anyone close to Brandon talent and shooting wise, as for the twins team this team isn’t even close talent wise or in toughness. Are you guys even watching the games this season..
