Sacha is slowly earning my "favorite player" status. I'm seeing effort in every phase.

Won't lead us in scoring, or rebounding, but is making impacts in the game.

If Green's defense catches up with his offense he is gonna be a heck of a player.

Agreed. Just needs a season in the weightroom.

            PJ with 12pts, 7 rebs, 3 assts, 1 blk, 4to.

            Every game, I'll take that.

The big thing is, every game he should be giving that, or something close to it.

Minus say at least 1 TO. And make a couple of free throws.

Diallo can't handle the ball, and has no lateral movement with the ball. He just can't not run into people in front of him.

Frankly, I wouldn't take Diallo in a draft. I'm not joking, either.

I see nothing outside of a vertical. He's an athlete.. But, he doesn't do anything other than look good.

Can't shoot, dribble, pass, defend, etc. But, in the open floor, with a lane to the basket, he's a highlight reel.

Richards went from 7 feet, to 5'6", in one bounce.

Lighthouse I have a question for you. When a player grabs a loose ball while off-balance then falls to the floor, instead of automatically calling traveling, why don't the rules allow the player an opportunity to compose himself?

I've seen a bunch of UK teams in my life but....20 freaking percent from the foul line?? That's just plain pathetic.

Great question. However if the player has control of the ball, even when they are off-balance the opportunity to make a pass, start a dribble or throw the ball out of bounds off the defense, is always there.

I just finished watching this game last night. There's improvement all around. That's all you want to see in these games and a win. Knox and Green had very good games. I liked the way Green is coming along. He will be just fine. He and SGA make a good tandem at PG. They give teams a little different look. They did give up too many good looks from the three's. UK was a little lucky ETSU didn't hit more than they did. And that foul shooting. This team had been pretty good. Let's hope that game was just an anomaly.
Poor Antione Walker. He just couldn't get the initials ETSU straight all night. It was TESU or ESTU or TESU or something else. He finally just gave up and said out the entire East Tennessee State.

Troy is tonight at 8PM. They are vetreran team that can hits three's. They made the NCAA's last season were knocked out in the 1st round by Duke. This could be similar to the Vermont game so buckle up.
                              Kentucky fan since 1971.

They return their two leading scorers, but looks like they lost the next three or four guys behind those two.

Their leading scorer is actually the brother of former Mississippi St. star and Cat-killer Jarvis Varnado. Their second leading scorer is the son of Auburn star Wesley Person and nephew of embattled former Auburn assistant Chuck Person.
