When Did You Join WCN

It was 2001 or '02 for me. I know that because we were living with my Mother in Law at the time. That was around the time I ordered the long sleeve tee shirt as well. Anyone remember that? I was Frankbigblue1 on WCN.

I joined WCF right after Mel started the forum I believe in 1998. Have been here ever since.

I joined in 2005 during my senior year of high school. I lurk around one other UK board and the Louisville and UNC Scout boards but don't post.

I joined WCF in 1999 after reading a Pat Forde article when he was still writing for the Courier-Journal. In that article Forde mentioned Wildcatfaithful.

This was right when the Tubby stuff started to heat up. I couldn't understand the vitriol toward Tubby and even then almost all the threads were devoted to Smith.

Such a different time to be part of a message board. The one-and-done stuff can't even begin to touch how divided fans were back then over the future of the program. Not even in the same universe.

I joined Wildcat Faithful in 2002 during the Team Turmoil year. My friend told me about it, and I liked it. Will is right, I don't remember the fan base ever being divided like that, even now with the one-and-done stuff.

I've been around Wildcat Nation since it was formed after splitting off from WCF.

I joined WCN around Fall 2004 or Spring 2005. I don't post much, but I check in almost every day. I live outside the Commonwealth, so this page and KSR are my lifelines to the state of the program.

I appreciate the good work the Mods and Admins do here.

Lol.. Hey, what I like about this board too is we have younger, middle aged (me) and seniors with a common interest-CATS!!! I'm reading some of these statement...joined early 2000's senior year HS, joined early 2000's freshmen year at UK and I'm thinking dang I'm old

I joined WCF back in the early aught's. I remember making a post about Pitino shortly after he took the UL job. Met Mel one time at a football tailgate.
