Body if anything. Wichita does a good job of playing D without fouling, but Bam has been hit twice on the arm with nothing called.

Remove Wenyen Gabriel and we're okay.

You feel bad for him but the guy hasn't really hit a shot in a month. You've got to know who you are in a game like this.

The physicality of the game hurt us. I've wanted a game all year where they let some stuff go, but Wichita was the aggressor.

Marshall's backpedaling defense against Fox and Briscoe is really interesting. As soon as those guys get the ball they just backpedal like nuts and refuse to allow the drive.

Means Monk and/or Willis are going to have to hit some J's in the second half. Don't think Fox is going to get much at the rim.

Cal did a very poor job managing the game IMO. SHould have used a TO when WS came back and cut it to one. We were lucky Briscoe and Mulder got a couple threes to fall. We need much more Hawkins and much less Gabriel taking shots. Sometimes an open shot is not a good one. Work the possession, get it to Bam and kick to Willis and Monk on drives....

Fox is trying to take it to the basket but he must finish if there is no foul...or kick it out.

Agree about Gabriel. All the love Wichita State's defense is getting, I thought our D was really solid as well. You don't hear about that though. There is a clear bias among these talking heads.
