    Sean Miller is COLD BLOODED.
I watched that UCLA/Zona game when Alford called the TO. I yelled why the ____ are you calling a TO jerk!?!? I applaud Miller for turning the tables on that jack---
Alford lost a lot of respect for pulling that crap.

The timing of when coaches are calling TOs these days is baffling me. If I see another coach call a TO right after their team scores, or at a random time in the game when it makes no sense at all to do so, I will lose it.

There have been more this year because they lose that time-out. Even Cal, who's generally opposed to time-outs, has called a few at the ends of the first half.

Mark Fox called two weird ones yesterday, but he's always done that. Micro manager. Billy Donovan used to do it quite a bit.

"Healthy Duke" was losing by double digits to both Louisville and North Carolina in the last forty-eight hours.

They're better now than they were a month ago, but they're still losers of 3 of 5.

They go as Greyson Allen goes.

And, also, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Sean Miller will be at Kentucky after Cal.

Seth Davis saying Duke should be a #1 seed if they win tonight?

I don't think that's going to happen. They've lost 8 games. They were losers of three of four just last week.

I think the ones are locked--'Nova, Carolina, Kansas, Gonzaga--but the 2's are still very much up for grabs.

Are they? Kentucky, Oregon, Arizona and probably Duke now.

Duke a #1? Please. Although I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the committee found a way.

Generally the committee has weighted regular season success more than conference tournament runs.

I don't see how a team that went through the brutality of the ACC and won the league couldn't be rewarded for that. I see no way they strip away Carolina's 1.

Let's not forget that losses incurred during Coach K's absence won't factor into seeding.

Lunardi has Duke as a 2 today, knocking UL to the 3. I definitely think that happens if they beat ND.

Funny how the SECT means nothing but the ACCT means everything.

I understand the losing one thing, but I have seen so many TOs called at really strange times. Many times coaches are stopping possible momentum changes with these. Also, they are calling them early in the 1st and 2nd halves and ending up when none with 5 mins left.... Just bad management and extreme micromanaging.

I think those will be the #1's also. But I am not so sure UNC should be there. They have 7 losses. 2 of them to Duke so that argument could be made. But I think the winner of the PAC 12, particularly if it's Oregon should be there. But I'm sure they don't want two #1's from the West Coast.

It's really a shame that we couldn't beat UCLA or Kansas. One more strong RPI win with our record and I'm confident we'd be a #1 seed - especially if seven-loss UNC and eight-loss Duke are in the conversation.

                          Oh well. Ifs and buts...

As much as those losses at home killed our chances, that bad loss at UT hurt just as bad.

I'm not sure being a 1 would really be of much benefit. Would likely just flip UK and UNC as the 1 & 2 in the same bracket. The early games should be easier but would probably still have to play them.
