    Conference Tournaments

The conference tournaments are swinging into high gear today. UL plays Duke at 2 pm in the highlight game of the day. The SEC gets into full gear too with four games.

Michigan has some problems getting to the Big Ten tournament.

I hope UL frustrates him even more today.

It's hard to "root" for anybody when Louisville and Duke play, but Louisville is probably closer to the 2 line.

Though it probably doesn't matter much in the long run.

Tatum looked pretty versatile yesterday. Would love to see UL wreck them this afternoon.

Will I be the only one pulling for Duke? I live just south of Louisville and work there. One of the bosses said they have to take a hard look at Donovan Mitchell going top ten. What? There's not much I enjoy more than them losing and coming in to a quiet work place.

Tough call. Don't want them heating up heading into the tournament, but I don't want that for Duke, either.

A game that might be just as big for Kentucky is USC/UCLA at 11:30 tonight. Have to root for USC in that one.

USC needs that game too in order to get off that bubble.

Also some others that need wins today to get off the bubble or not be put on it are:

Michigan and Illinios winner of that one may be in
                      Michigan State
Vandy (I'm not convinced they are in)
                      Xavier
                      Iowa
                      Kansas State
                      California

Michigan was involved in a situation where their team plane skidded off the runway.

Big 10 officials are looking into whether or not the team can play at noon today as scheduled. Apparently some of the players were shaken up, maybe at least one injured.

Someone just tweeted that Michigan hadn't got to DC yet. So they may not play at noon as scheduled.

In the article I linked it said no one was hurt just shaken up which is more than understandable. The plane was badly damaged and some of the people had to go onto a wing to be helped off.
