    When may a player obstruct the vision of an opponent by waving his or her hands near the opponent's eyes?

    A. When the opponent is holding the ball.
    B. When the opponent is dribbling the ball.
    C. When the opponent is not in control of the ball.
    D. Never.

        The correct answer to question # 8

        is D, for all levels.

        RULE 10; Fouls and Penalties.

        Section 4. CLASS B TECHNICAL INFRACTIONS
        Art. 1. A technical foul shall be assessed to a player or a substitute for the following infractions:
        a. Purposely obstructing an opponent’s vision by waving or placing
        hand(s) near his eyes.
