    Unless otherwise required by rule, when are substitutes allowed to enter during the free throws for a flagrant foul?

    A. Before the first attempt.
    B. Between the first and second attempt.
    C. After the final attempt.

        The Correct Answer to Basketball Question # 14,

        is A & C for NCAA, and A, B & C for HS.

        RULE 3; Players and Substitutes.

        Section 6. Substitutions.
        Art. 2. Free Throws.
        c.
        On free throws for technical or flagrant fouls, all substitutes are permitted
        to enter before the first attempt or after the final attempt unless otherwise
        required by rule.
