    Basketball Question # 13.

    If the ball is awarded to the wrong team for a throw-in, in order for the mistake to be rectified, by when must it be corrected?

    A. Before the ball is bounced/handed to the thrower.
    B. Before the throw-in count begins.
    C. Before the ball is released by the thrower.
    D. Before the first dead ball after the clock has properly started.
    E. The mistake may not be corrected.

        going with c on this one. I think the official can make a correction before the ball is actually thrown into play.
