    Because of the new format of posting multiple questions, I will post all the answers in one thread.

    *Correct answer to question # 1,

    is True.

    RULE 4; Definitions.

    RULE 5; Scoring and Timing Regulations;

    Suspends play at the earliest possible time when a player incurs a wound that causes bleeding or has blood on his body caused by blood from another player’s wound. The official shall allow 20 seconds to remedy the situation before instructing the player to leave the game.

    I thought there was a rule put in place that in the case of an injury the opposing team got to pick who shot the free throws. I think it was aimed at preventing bad free throw shooters from faking injuries so as to not have to shoot.

    Did I imagine this or has that rule changed? And does bleeding fall under s different situation than an injury?

      The rule you mention is in place and is for the reason you say. However, bleeding falls under the same rule, but in a different article. Good question.
