    Basketball Question # 10.

    After the free throws for a single flagrant personal foul, play shall resume with:

    A. A throw-in by the offended team at the division line.
    B. A throw-in by the offended team at the spot nearest to where the foul occurred.
    C. A throw-in by the offended team at the point of interruption.
    D. A throw-in by the offended team that was in control of the ball at the point of interruption.

        NCAA is B I do believe for a Flagrant 1 and A for Flagrant 2 across from scorers table. NBA????

            No hint here, but don't read to much into the question. And, I have no access to the NBA, so none of the questions will apply there.

                    is B for all levels.

                    RULE 10; Fouls and Penalties.

                    Section 1. Personal Fouls.
                    d.
                    Two free throws for:
                    2. A flagrant 1 or flagrant 2 personal foul and the ball is awarded to the offended team at a designated spot nearest to where the foul occurred.

                    As I stated earlier, always read the question carefully and answer only what it asks. This only involved a personal foul, not a technical.
                    The only way A would be correct is if the foul occurred near the division line.
