As expected, but still good to have it official. UK has just latched onto arguably the most capable HS QB prospect we've had since Drew Barker (before Drew's injury). Some might say he's the most talented QB prospect we've landed since Tim Couch. The dude really impressed in the Elite 11 competition and his stock is expected to rise. We might be looking at a borderline 5 star recruit here before all is said and done. He is also an outstanding baseball player and will play both sports for the Cats, provided he doesn't get taken in next Summer's MLB draft.

This is a HUGE pick-up for the Cats that should help attract other talented recruits on the offensive side of the ball.

His size may be the only thing holding him back in football that won't be a problem in baseball.
