Kentucky adds commitment from Texas DB Isaiah McMillian

Isaiah McMillian, YOU are a Kentucky Wildcat!

Hosting the Katy (Texas) High cornerback for a mid-week visit back in early June, Mark Stoops and the UK coaching staff earned a commitment over offers from Iowa, Arizona, Pittsburgh, Houston, SMU, Arkansas, Maryland, Baylor, Syracuse, Oklahoma State, Wisconsin, Mississippi State, Northwestern, TCU, Oregon State, Washington State and Utah, among others.

He took official visits to Arizona, Iowa, Pittsburgh and Houston before Kentucky managed to get the job done.

“100% committed!” the 6-0, 170-pound defensive back announced Sunday afternoon.

As unlikely as it sounds, I may have seen McMillian on Sunday morning. He is from Katy, Tx near Houston. I was waiting for my flight out of IAH Houston when I noticed a young man deplaning from the next gate wearing a UK hat. He was about the right height and weight as McMillian. May have been him, probably not.
