Very nice pickup for the Cats, Smith is a 3 star LB out of Georgia. He had a strong list of offers and has chosen UK.

This bring UK up to 25th in Rival's class ranking. Now that we have 20 commits, it will be much harder to move up. Rivals only uses you top 20 recruits in calculating the school ranking. Once you get to 20 you have to add a player ranked higher than one of your current recruits to increase your score. And the increase is only the difference in the two players.
