That he will have to sit out is certainly the majority opinion. However while I was among the majority, recently I've begun to waffle. The reason is explained in this article: https://www.sbnation.com/college-foo...y-waiver-miami

Basically the guidelines for granting such a waiver have changed. Seems to me that Joey has a bigger chance of qualifying under the new guidelines. Guess I'm still not expecting his waiver to granted but think it's more likely that before.
