That's a different unit than the one we saw in the first two weeks. Just night and day really. Major kudos to the head coach for that.
And this team as a whole has undoubtedly gotten better. The offensive line seems to be playing better than it has in many years at Kentucky. And for as shaky as Johnson is, I swear he's made the team better because he's helped it find its identity.
For me Stoops gets a ton of credit for that...but on the other hand, with every win I can't help but think, "If we could have just beaten Southern Miss..."
I agree. I've given this staff all the blame I felt it deserved, but the improvement in both the overall defense and offensive line play has kept out at me. I guess I was just wish this type of play had started game one instead of later on.
