IMO UK has to win the next three if they expect to go blowing. They are three most winnable games left other than Austin Peay. Lose any of these next three and UK will sit out the bowl season once again.

Vandy's quarterback got hurt in the Florida game Saturday. Not sure if he'll be ready for our game or not, but it looked like maybe a concussion.

Vandy is the sort of team that will grind you to death if you let them. Just very little offense but their defense will frustrate you.

Johnson has to do a better job of taking care of the ball. This game may come down to the turnover battle.

If that's the case, we may be in big trouble.

As long as there are no injuries during the matches, then its a good thing on that side even if we do lose.

The Vandy game will tell us everything we need to know. Win that one, and we've got a little momentum and things are still looking up. Lose it, and the season falls apart completely. Simple as that.
I agree, but I believe we will prepare well for the Vandy game. Johnson is getting all the snaps now, and he's being schooled on when to use his legs. I thought he was intimidated in the Bama game by their pressure and the OL should handle Vandy better.

I think the Missouri game is going to be tougher than most of us think. I know they laid an egg this past Saturday, but when Georgia went to their house, Missouri beat them everywhere but on the scoreboard. They lost that game because of 5 TO's.

I estimate the probability of us becoming bowl eligible at about 10%.

Gonna be interesting to see how the next four games shake out. The odds of UK finishing with 6 wins and bowl eligibility are long, and lose to Vandy, and they get really, really long. At 5-7, I think Stoops comes back for next year for several reasons. My question is at what point will Barnhart throw in the towel and agree to eat, at the minimum, $12 million dollars?? 4 wins? 3 wins? IF he pays that money out, then he should be shown the door as well. How is the paying fan base gonna hold up if things get really ugly? Trueblue, the loss to SMU hurt badly.

I think its already bit a big chunk out their butts. Los Gatos is right about a 10% chance of making a bowl. Even though Miss State is down I really doubt this UK team can beat them. Also Probably won't win on the road against an equally poor Mizzou team.

Kentucky is last in the conference in TO margin and Vandy is first.

IIRC, I read somewhere, the other day, that there's only two or three FBS schools with a worse turnover margin than us.

It has already bit us and hard, because it never should have happened.
