Horton Says There Was a Players-Only Meeting Today

Thanks partner. Slow go, but she's trying to tolerate me. Strokes are a bizarre thing in the different ways they effect folks. Every day has a challenge or two...but blessings at the same time.

Perhaps this is obvious to everyone except me, but how does a players only meeting become public knowledge? As simple as one person telling another person, "Hey, we had a private meeting"?

You'd think a private meeting would want to stay private.

Per Jen Smith, Towles and Forrest called the meeting.

Hopefully, Towlesdidn't make the mistake of calling guys out given the way he's played lately. I think we need a coaches meeting as well. Players are an extension of the coaches. There is just too many growing pains all around in year 3 of the rebuilding of a major college football team.

Looks like that players only meeting really made a difference. A total waste...as I suspected. Season is a dumpster fire at this point. History repeating......smh.

Wonder if Towles has worked out the menu for this week's players-only meeting? Lined up the entertainment? They don't seem to have discussed football during their last session, so one can only assume they're getting together for some healthy team shenanigans.
