Power K Throwback Helmets and Uniforms?

I know Stein was wearing a Power K logo recently in a picture I saw and then today I saw some stuff on social media - take it for what it's worth - that UK Football would have some throwback uniforms this year. I personally love the Power K and still hold on to some shred of optimism that it will come back somewhere and someday.

To me the POWER K logo just says football and the UK's current (UK) logo just looks very Sissy. With the excitement at a peak the POWER K would just enhance the BBN's fever. Also it should be a boom for the bottom line, which is always needed and would mark the end of the Barnhardt era. Thoughts!

After I made the post, I checked on UKAthletics.com and there aren't any email addresses for anyone related to the fb staff. Perhaps they just haven't been put up yet. There's usually an email addy for all the coaches and support staff.

My understanding is it was a Nike decision and the new logo has to be used for xxx number of years but they can do a throwback once a year. I could be wrong about that, I read it on the Lair.

Well since we haven't done it once since the Nike deal, we should be able to do it a few times this season, right? There has to be a reason Stein was wearing that logo??

I would imagine that Nike has all the say in logo selection. There's more money to be made with a one off game so they can sell to the people that have to have all the different swag

I think we can all agree that the Staple Remover logo needs to be erased from memory. I'm also in favor of no checkerboards.
