Any plans for attending an away game this season?

I'm pretty set on going to the OK game.

    Several reasons:
    1. First time UK has ever played at OU
    2. Pretty well known stadium in a place with long CFB tradition
    3. I've never set foot in the state of OK [one of about 9 I haven't been in] and I want to visit all 50 sometime in my life and I can't imagine any other reason I'd ever have for going there
    4. Who knows - might be a great game, too

I'd like to go to OU and knock another SEC venue off my list. That one, Arkansas and Missouri are left. And I think I'd like the area there. Also would like to go to aTm. Went there in 2018 and is definitely my favorite SEC road venue. I'll go to at least one of those two, will try for both.

I'm thinking about heading over to the Mizzou game this year. It's about a 4 hour drive from where I live in IL.

My brother and I went to aTm in 2018, also. I had moved the previous spring from Houston to Denver area and had forgotten just how uncomfortable TX 'fall' weather could be. IIRC, the temp was low 90s and humidity was off the charts (first weekend of October). Luckily, it was a night game or I'd have melted. Great atmosphere and aTm fans could not have been nicer to us as we strolled around before the game.

We also were at the Mizzou blown-punt-roughing-the-kicker-call game. Weather was pretty miserable as it spit some rain, was pretty chilly and very damp (awful combo, imo) with a bit of wind. Mizzou fans were NOT that friendly although they weren't USCjr fans (picking fights, dropping copious f-bombs, giving UK fans the finger, etc.). Columbia is a stereotypical, Midwest college town - lot of walkable bars, restaurants near campus, pretty much the whole town revolves around the uni. Atmosphere was generic. Been there, done that, have no reason to ever go back.

Haven't been to Arkansas and probably won't, tbh. Very forgettable state, not a rival of ours by any stretch, no reputation as a must-see place for CFB.

Since I live in Jax now, will most likely pick a year to visit The Swamp as I haven't been there yet. Easy, <2 hour drive so it's a matter of picking a year when we're decent, it's not a day game in September, etc.

Everyone I know who has gone to a game at Arkansas raves about how nice their stadium is.
