I know we may still add some additional players but so far what is your expectation with the class Stein has been able to bring in? This seasons schedule is absolutely brutal. I would guess we finish with a 6 -6 record which is being hopeful.

Concerning wins and losses my expectation is for 6-6. I have other expectations beyond the season record. I believe we'll see a much better coached team in all phases of the game than what we have seen the last few seasons. I also believe we'll be competitive in most, if not all, of the games and we'll see an exciting product on the field for a change.Philippians 4:11-4:13 -

With many teams bringing in 25 or 30 or 40 new players, it is virtually impossible to know how good anyone will be. That having been said, I, too, would be happy with 6-6. (But then, we should have had that this year if we could have gained a single yard in OT vs Texas.)Comment

Not sure I can put a number up right now. I hope this poll rolls again around August 15th or so. Too hard to tell. We might win less year 1 but I expect to win more than last year with the talent Stein brought in.Proverbs 25:24Comment

I agree with SBCat - impossible to tell who will be any good right now. I'd guess about half of our current projected starters have not played a down at UK nor have they ever played together. And many teams are like that. I'll be surprised if we win > 5 due to the schedule. Yes, I believe Stein and staff will put a better coached product on the field. But, you still have to have the horses and I believe we're not good enough to be much more than 5-7, but that's pretty good with our schedule, imo.Comment
