    Miami or Indiana

Indiana is a heavy betting favorite -8.5. Who wins Monday Night? I’m a KY Football and basketball fan for life, I also adopted Miami back in the early 80’s so I’m excited for the game. If the Canes can play a clean game I think they win.

I'm guessing Indy but I think it'll be closer than people think.

Now that Fletcher is back, UM has a very solid run game. I think he's been averaging well over 100ypg. during the playoffs. IF they can run the ball, they just might be able to hang with the Hoosiers.

I think there's a decent chance Indiana blows them out.

I've hated IU since Knight hit Joe B Hall and Mallory called a late timeout to run up the score on Jerry Claiborne.

Line started at 7.5 and moved to 8.5, so the money, so far, has been going IU's way. I wouldn't bet against them as they have been a machine the last few games. Miami has the talent to play with them, though. Can rush only 4 and still get pressure on Mendoza while trying to keep his excellent receivers covered. The Canes can run the ball although IU's defense has been lights out all year long. If Miami can avoid the back-breaking turnover(s) and stupid penalties that negate big plays, they've got a chance. I would not expect a rout, but I haven't expected a rout vs. AL and OR, either. Hoping for a good game. Don't really care who wins.

TBH, I would probably pull for IU if they'd built up this team over 3-4 years and we'd seen it develop and mature. As it is, they've bought several key players (way of the world - I get it) so it's hard to think of them as an 'underdog'. Cuban, and maybe a few others, have written big checks to get them to this moment. Miami has done the same thing, obviously. So, it's somewhat like who am I pulling for between the Bears and Rams on Sunday? Don't really have an attachment to either and they're both pro teams, so let's have a good, well-played game and I won't complain.

Unless Indiana just doesnt show up they should win in convincing fashion. With that said I hope they get blown out.

I have only picked one game correctly so far, lol. So just pick the opposite of me. I think Miami pulls off the upset. The defense has been on point for both teams. I think that it will be very close and Miami has been playing close games all year.

I prefer Indiana just for the little fish in the biggest ponds kind of story. But have to go with Miami. In an extremely low scoring game, 13 to 10 or something like that.

Since saying that we are probably looking at Indiana winning 56 to 49 or something like that. lol

While I'm not the biggest fan of Indiana basketball, the state does have some nice folks and their football program has never amounted to anything. Meanwhile, Miami has won national titles, I've never cared for Miami's football program, and the city has some of the worst drivers in the country. So I'll be rooting for Indiana...but I won't be surprised if Miami pulls off the upset. At the very least, I think it will be closer than many are predicting.

As a UK fan I just can't cheer for the Loosiers.

Sorry but I’ll never say the words “I hope IU wins”……..ever. Plus I don’t want to hear undefeated talk for the next 20 years, the the shot popcorn box is bad enough.
