LSU wide receiver transfer Nic Anderson commits to Kentucky

Kentucky needed to find a starting wide receiver in the transfer portal. That need was increased after Texas transfer DeAndre Moore Jr. picked Colorado. The Wildcats did not need much time to pivot. Another SEC transfer is heading to Lexington.

LSU wide receiver Nic Anderson entered the portal on Wednesday. The former blue-chip recruit was on UK’s campus on Thursday. A commitment quickly followed.

Amazing job by the staff getting some absolute dogs to Lexington. I’m sure they’re looking at the medical stuff and talking to the doctors and all that so everyone will be ready to go. If this group stays healthy and most live up to their potential, we’re going to be a heck of a team this year even with a really tough schedule. These Men want to win immediately and build too. Couldn’t be more excited. Heck let’s add a couple more big time guys and go for one of those playoff spots. I hate to get too carried away but on paper this is a heck of a group in my opinion. Anyway, great job staff, our donors and a big thanks to all the guys and gals here for having a great place to talk Football.

Optimistic. That is my view between now and fall. Get guys here, Get guys through winter workouts healthy, get guys through spring health, summer and fall to the first game. Then lets roll an see what we have. We will know quickly, Bama week 2 and Texas AM week 3. We will know where we stand before September is over.
