I'm very glad that Boley is sticking around, so we don't have to concern ourselves at all about trying to land Lagway. Did not have a good 2025 season. Still has several technique/mechanical issues, imo, which hamper his effectiveness. Threw 14 interceptions and, against decent opponents, made a slew of questionable decisions. Has a ton of athletic ability but, like his predecessor AR15, has not seen the product on the field match his 'potential'. Hope one of our opponents picks him up so we have a good chance of winning that game.
KSR article stated he was the 'biggest QB name' in the portal thus far and that may be true. I don't see how he would be the best bet to be a good QB for any team in any system. Just way too inconsistent and too many little things wrong that generally add up to big things on the field.
