    Rich Brooks

Has anyone heard if he has spoken out on the hiring of Stein? Maybe planted a bug in Barnhart's ear about him.

Last guy Rich recommended was not so good. Sure hope this one works out better.

He said it was a good hire and then called on UK/boosters to provide him with enough NIL to be successful. Go find Brooks' Twitter account, you can see it there.

In addition to Rich Brooks, Rob Mullens is the AD (8 years at UK under Barnhart) and Lisa Peterson is the Deputy AD (8 years at UK under Barnhart) at Oregon. Mitch is really close to and trusts those two 100%. I'm sure that's part of the reason this went so quick. Didn't really need to do any vetting after he knew Stein was the guy.

Did not know that—would really explain a lot. I’m a Minnesota boy, but might have to add the Ducks to my Gophers as a rooting interest.

I wonder if Rich has been considered as a member of the staff. Seems like a role as an "analyst" would be fitting. Do analysts ever work remotely? Joking/not joking.

Coach Brooks doesn't have time to coach. He's too busy fishing and playing golf.

When I picture my retirement...I want it to be like his. Dude is living the dream at 84 and looks fantastic!
