Local sports radio here in Jacksonville said this morning that the rumors of Kiffin to FL are flying around fast and furious. Supposedly, a contingent of FL regents were at the game and met with Kiffin's reps, but who knows? FL > UM as far as history, money, recruiting, etc., but expectations for Kiffin moving to FL would be sky high so, even a minor stumble would get the Gator fans screaming.

I think Florida is trying to rekindle some Spurrier vibes and Kiffin is the closest thing to Spurrier in football nowadays. I wouldn't be shocked if he went but I wouldn't be shocked if he stayed in Oxford. The landscape is so different now. The right coach with the right NIL fund can win just about anywhere. One needs to look no further than Nashville or Bloomington.

Be hard to turn either one of those programs down. He's got a good thing going in Oxford. I actually kind of like the guy. I'd like to see him stay put and out of Gainesville.

If he leaves, he’ll get a boatload of money but expectations will be sky high from day 1. You can still get paid and have reasonable expectations at a school like Ole Miss.

In the era of nil, portal, and expanded playoff; teams like that will have their opportunities. Right now we’re seeing some of the top programs firing their coaches before they can even settle in.
