What this team could do with a real coach. This team does have some talent they just don't have a coach.

Should have kicked the FG in the first quarter to win in regulation. Then should have kicked to FG in OT to take the lead especially with the way the D had been playing. Stoops is an idiot.

I am so disappointed and no, I am not surprised. He probably saved his job with a moral victory.

I actually didn’t hate going for it in OT. If you take the field goal, then you need a stop just to extend the game and still probably won’t end up with a more favorable situation than only needing a half yard if you do. That play call was not good though. Would have like a little more creativity.

Cutter played well tonight. Still needs some coaching (getting rid of the ball before a sack, throwing the ball away) and improvement but he played solidly throughout. Thought, at times, Hamdan called some good plays. But, fell asleep after that first drive for quite some time and made no adjustments to TX jumping the short routes late in the 1st and through the 2nd qtr. Short yardage and red zone play calling remain a huge problem and he showed no inclination to solve those problems tonight. OT inside the 5 and we run straight at them when they knew exactly what we were going to do. As another poster said, a fake handoff/rollout and Cutter walks into the end zone.

Brad White and his defense acquitted themselves tonight. Played lights out all night. Made TX offense look really bad. Our DL controlled the LOS throughout, hit and pressured Manning a ton and didn't just concede the 6 yard out pattern as they've done so often in the past. Good job by the staff and players on defense.

Not sure how we gain almost 400 yards, hold them to 190 and DON'T win the game except we continue to be really bad in the red zone. At best, we settle for FG tries. At worst, we come away with nothing. And that was pretty much the case tonight, also.

It wasn't even a moral victory. They only count if your have a winning record.

Well said, Jaxcat. I felt like it was easily the most complete game of the year, particularly by the defense. The game was there for the taking.

Ky did what they do best. Snatch victory out of the hands of winning.

Stoops ought to resign tonight. Worst play calling I have seen after Law’s great run. Unreal.

While IU, UL and Vandy impress the football world we have a chance to take down a storied program the first time they ever visit our house. Dominated them statistically. Found a way to lose. Hurts even when you have no expectations. Thanks Coach.

Stoops goes from losing conservatively to losing outrageously.

                              What a doof.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory! You go, Stoops Dawg!

They'd been stopping them all night. Why not go for the FG?

That first decision to not go for 3. I said; "Watch us lose by 3."

Still believe the jury's out on Boley. He'll make a really good play and then do something horrible. Not getting any coaching, obviously, but he's played QB long enough to not take sacks and to know when/how to throw the ball away.
He’s a freshman making his fourth start. He’s gonna make mistakes. But his good to great plays outnumbered his bad and he outplayed the almighty Arch Manning, and it really wasn’t close. He needs better coaches calling better plays for him and the offense.
