All I know is Mitch will be the last to the party and will have to go with his C, D or F option. Knowing Mitch it will be the F option with a B salary and a A contract for the coach.

Gonna be so many job openings that are much better than UK. Mitch will use that for the reason to keep Stoops another year.

Mitch don’t want to do the work to hire a new coach he never does just give the current coach more time or another extension even if they don’t deserve it.

Interesting. With the way they finished last year and the possibility of finishing strong again this year (although I doubt it), it feels a bit premature. But, I also never believed Napier was the coach to take them to the playoffs and I guess the admin feels the same way so why wait?

I think it will be Lane Kiffen.

They'll make a run at Lane Kiffin. He's the one they seem to want the most, Not sure if they will look towards James Franklin or not. He's been to the playoffs and has SEC coaching experience, so it might be a good landing spot for him.
