    Jamarion Wilcox Arrested

    Charged with sexual abuse. Not good.

    *Edit - I actually didn't remember that he was already suspended, but this is an update. I should have found the thread on that topic and just posted it as an update.

    This stems from an August 20 incident that led to Wilcox being suspended from the Kentucky football team.

      Maybe he was drunk and thought he was in the right bedroom. Very easily could be a misunderstanding. I’m not condoning what he did.

                      While I'm not a lawyer, this appears to be sexual abuse in the third degree. Don't see any basis for first degree. Sexual Abuse in the third degree is a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days’ imprisonment and a fine up to $250.
