USC-Missouri game

After watching this game, I feel it very unlikely we will upset USC next weekend. Although they were flagged 14 times I expect Sellers to complete multiple 25+ yard passes. I fear we will have a major problem with their offense on third and long situations.

Have you ever seen a kick-off using a drop kick? I can't remember seeing a drop kicked used since I was in high school, over 60 years ago.

Missouri looked very good running the wide zone, especially Hardy. Actually Hardy looked very good running period.

Unfortunately, I tend to agree. Theyll have a raucous crowd, we generally sleepwalk through the game following a bye and Norris presents a ton of problems. On 3rd and 36, he got flushed from the pocket, rolled left and threw a 32-yard dime across his body to give USC a short FG in the 3rd qtr. One of the best passes I've seen in a while at any level. Throw in his running ability and our defense better have their A game.

Sleepwalking is a good description. I’ve never understood how after an extra week to rest and prepare they routinely don’t appear rested and prepared. Let’s hope they come out ready to go next Saturday.
