Why is TN's offense so effective?

What do they do that makes their offense so potent? I understand they have good talent but so do a lot of teams. Why does their offense seem so difficult to defend against?

And, why don't more NFL teams play a similar scheme if it's so difficult to defend?

Good to see the Vols struggling right now. Georgia back to smash mouth football.

Heck of a game with Georgia. Came down to who had the ball last.

But I watched that game and thought....wow....an offense that is effective.

^Wasn't the offense that lost that game. Defense couldn't stop GA. I shudder to think what those teams will do to us if they play to the same level as Saturday.

They don’t get flagged for not being set for a full second before the snap. Players are still moving and getting into their stances when the ball is snapped and flags are never thrown.

We are in so much trouble when we play both... They will probably name the score of our game....

UT is effective because of the speed of their offense. It doesn't allow for substitutions. The defense gets winded and then it is all over. I agree there should be more flags thrown. Their offense is conditioned to running at a fast pace.

Good players with good coaching offensive scheme. You need both.
