WCN Tailgate for UK/Toledo

Varies game to game. Sometimes it's 5 or 6, other games there are 20+ out there. I'm always out there.

Just trying to make sure people know they do not have to go to the game to get the game day experience. I like watching from the lot. I just have not done it with WCN. I used to meet a few UGA fans that RV'ed to the game. They were a blast and watched a few games from there.

Smoked bologna, eh? Now THAT is good eats. Smoked quite a few chubs in the past. Those burnt ends are good on crackers with some cheese, candied jalapenos, and some spicy brown mustard.

Burnt ends are in the plans. Just trying to decide when. I have one last jar of candied jalapeños, out of the 23 I canned last year. May do more this week if I can find 6 pounds of good looking peppers. My last jar pictured below.

I always have some of the syrup left over. I can that as well. It's good for basting, particularly on ribs.

It's been quite a while since I've seen posts about tailgates. I don't attend many games, but I had no idea they were still happening. Good to hear.
