      What does "launch" mean? Baker's foot was still on the ground when contact was made.

          The color commentator is an ignorant douche. It wasn't a launch, it wasn't targeting, it wasn't helmet to helmet; it was a good, hard, clean football play.

              I was at that game, sitting in a luxury suite with LSU fans. None of them thought it was a dirty play, in fact, one of them even complimented Baker for protecting the QB. It was a total travesty that Baker had to sit out the first half of the game against Miss State the following week.

              Anyway, I'm certainly hoping Baker has recovered from his surgery and has a great summer workout session, to be followed by a great fall camp and great fall season.

                  Yeah I like how Palmer got all in whisper mode like he was at some eulogy or something. 34-3 or 0-0, football is football.
                  Meh. Just a little over 3 months till it's football time in the bluegrass. IMO, we have GOT to go to a bowl game. I think like almost 70% of D1 teams go bowling now so our excuses can't be excused anymore.
