I really don't like the steam whistle sound that they play. Only play the Wildcat growl. It's that ca river boat, or an old train?

I am pleased with that game.

Biggest worry for me after this game is 2 things. 1. number of plays the offense got today (under 50) and 2. Oline still missing some easy assignments (especially the tackles) and Burton's play. No way he should be a starting center right now. I am sure he is smart enough but the mental mistakes and snap issues are going to be exposed going against SEC teams.

Burton as always been focused and dependable. Hoping he just had a bad game.

CMS definitely unhappy with Burton. Mentioned moving him. I was nervous that Leary was done again. This line is better, but just serviceable. That play where I think it was our anchor transfer tackle let his man loose on a blind side hit....wow.

This is an utterly mediocre football team. Undisciplined, unexciting.

I am pleased with that game.

Maybe not "pleased", but satisfied. Assuming we clean up our stupid mistakes, we have two of our top receivers yet to break out (Key/Brown) and a very good transfer QB improving every game. As usual, it comes down to our o-line. Some of our future SEC opponents appear to be digressing (UT & Bama)....the opportunity is there IF we can get over this hump.

Man we just have the feel of an old (Bill Curry Type) UK team. I know we have more talent and such but we are just lack luster at best so far. Run game is iffy so far, QB play is up and down, WR not running routes well and such. I am hoping we see a big uptick in play this week. If it is more of the same then it could be a foreshadowing of games of falls way past. Hope not for sure.
