I didn't suffer through this game like you guys did, but this is going to be a hard one to explain by CS. I was listening to Matt Jones on the way to the wedding and they said the loss of Flax was worse than the loss of Levis.

And why is that? Or, how can we allow that to be? Buford was a 4-star. John Young was a 4-star. Goodwin was a 5-star. And none of these guys can play? As I said elsewhere, it’s not like Flax is a world-beater. And yet, we cannot afford to lose him?

I thought the backup QB played a decent game, threw 2 TDs and didn't turn the ball over.. Couldn't reasonably expect him to step in and carry the club. Thegame was lost tonight in the trenches, O Line was just horrible,D line got owned in 2nd half. Finally after 6 games I think it's safe to say our O Coordinator is struggling with the college game. I also can't help but notice UK has come out flat and lacking emotion 3 straight games, better get that fixed and fast

Yep, the wheels are wobbling. If coach Stoops and Co. don't get the ship righted, and soon, the season will be in the tank.

I respect your opinion as much as anyone’s, but I disagree. We are severely crippled without Levis. IMO, the worse loss in recent memory was last week’s loss to Ole Miss.

But, I guess it says a lot about where we are when we are splitting hairs trying to rank losses. 😕

What makes this loss worse than most (any loss is bad) is that we should have been able to win this game almost entirely on our def. alone. If we're the team a lot of the fans thought we were (we aren't) we should be able to win games like this even with our second string QB. I read where Beamer said that So. Car. won seven games last season using four different QB's. My take: shoddy oline play plus questionable playcalling by Scangarello is killing us.​

Yeah right. I think the ole Pirate still resents not ever receiving an offer from UK and he enjoys beating us too much to let one slip away that he should win. And, you know, I don't blame him.
