Willis is not a surprise. Branham I had heard little of. With
our Nebraska transfer, returnees and schllie this year the wr slot is pretty full.

Sorry to hear about Branham, but that WR room is becoming VERY crowded.

We could have used the lb'er as well.

Yes indeed. The Willis thing went south early on signing day. I've heard all kinds of reasons, primarily academic, but nothing for certain.

Man I was wanting to see Branham develop. He was one of my faves not just because of his skill set but because he just seems like a different dude.

Ironically, for a position that has seen precious little production the past few years, our WR room is VERY crowded and, I think, pretty talented. We have been collecting all the parts and pieces for the past couple of years. Now, if someone can just figure out how they all fit together ...

I believe we have that person now, if he's allowed to do his job.

Big Phil Hoskins has decided to forego his seventh year of eligibility and enter the NFL Draft.

So far most of these departures seem for the best.

Certainly cant blame Hoskins. Not sure if he has much chance, but hey....all you can ask for is that one chance.

The intelligent choice for sure, but it would have been kind of cool having a seventh year sr. on the team next season.
