    Schlarman and Paschal

An ESPN writer stated he went to Kentucky to do a follow up on Lynn Bowden..instead he found a better story on the coach and player.
Honestly, I did not realize Paschal was in such severe condition, nor the struggles he has had trying to return. According to the article, cancer cells had spread into his groin through the lymph system...and when he returned, the surgeons had been required to remove some of the nerves in his foot, causing him to lose speed and expressiveness.
Coach S. Is even more remarkable...his disease has no 'cure', and life expectancy can sometimes be as little as six months.
    Two remarkable men.

Hate it for both that the C disease is a part of their lives.

Puts this situation in perspective. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the courage of these two men. My prayers are with them.
