And if the product being delivered is the best and the results are outstanding, you pay more. We’ve grown into something that could be special. But you have to invest to get to the top and and then pay to stay there. From my understanding (from what I’ve read and no level of inside knowledge), we’re not paying our assistants nearly what others in SEC are getting. If we want to be more than 2nd or 3rd in the East, which we’re still struggling to get to, then we need to pay up. Heck, the returns Stoops and company have delivered need to be nurtured and invested in.
