What a recruiting haul. Having the stud war daddies in the trenches has ALWAYS been the key to success in the SEC. No matter what kind of skill people you have the trenches are where the titles are competed for. Perfect example is Bama this year,all kinds of skill people but below par on the lines. The future is bright for UK, we keep up this kind of recruiting for a couple of more years and we could legitimately compete for an SEC title.

If we ever make it to Atlanta I will definitely be there!

There is a Miami team playing in the King of the Bluegrass Basketball tournament. They're not much at BB but they are loaded with FB talent. They have a kid that the HC at LSU calls every day. He is 6'3" at least 300 Lbs and has no baby fat. He has DT written all over him. Also a 6'5" 200 Lb kid who has committed to Florida State as a DB. Looks more like a strong safety to me. These kids are very athletic.

I have to update this post. I asked and assistant coach for the Miami team about these 2 players and found out more. The 6'5" kid is a Senior and signed with Florida State and he is a wide receiver. The other kid is a Junior and only weighs 270, and is projected to be over 300 in college. LSU wants him bad.

Ballard won the tournament, but I think Male had the best team.

UK apparently already had Tisdale's signed LOI, because they had a press release tweet ready to go immediately after he announced.

I loved seeing him with all those hats on the table belonging to really big names and choosing UK. Get a couple more classes like these (which will be difficult) and UK can genuinely hope to make it to Atlanta.

Stoops has kind of hacked the formula for succeeding at UK. Seems like in the past we've tried to recruit in SEC territory with the players they didn't want, and now we're going after Big 10 players that are good enough for the powers in that conference.
