If coach Stoops leaves Lynn at QB, which I believe he will, look for both him and the overall off. to improve as he gets more comfortable playing the position.

Something about rainy games that brings out the best in fan support. That MSU game last year was crazy loud. Rain or snow, THAT is football weather to me.

While I'm not disagreeing about Bowden staying at QB, here's another thought. Last night when Smith came in, he threw one pass and I thought it was a strong throw so his arm, wrist, elbow or whatever he had injured has healed pretty well. If he was placed at QB and Bowden went back to his normal position, we would possibly have the best of both positions.

I don't think we lose again in the regular season. The bowl game obviously depends on the matchup, but I think we win out and have an 8-4 regular season.

He had some zip on it for sure. I think people are forgetting just how well he played against Florida before he got injured.

I certainly hope you're right, but the UT and UofL games worry me. Especially the UT game.

UT is going to be tough.

They are a lot more talented than UM even if they haven't been very good. I like LB, but I want to see our offense from the first half of the UF game back. With the way our defense has improved, if we can get the O going, the back half could be really fun.

Bowden doesn't get enough cracks at wide receiver. Only touches it a few times a game...and he's not a great pass-catcher it doesn't look like.

He can be devastating at quarterback. If Smith were a rock back there then you might think about it, but Smith has shown a penchant for being erratic.

Bowden played great in two of three games. Like all-conference great. No reason to change that IMO.

I think he is great in three of three. I just think we are going to need to attempt and complete more than 10 passes against better talent in non-monsoon conditions. The UGA game would have gotten ugly if they could throw.

I am not sure what it is about Missouri, but it seems like every game against them that we play in a sport I care to watch is a slog.
