Bowden is electric. We have problems. Arkansas has more.

Bowden feeds me my crow. Thank you sir. Superman cape fits tonight.
Big win for the Cats tonight.

some big questions ahead, but tonight is a win.

It felt good to see this team show some life and a will to win. I liked how they were congratulating each other and the coaches. But I didn't like Logan Sternberg walking toward the locker room as time ran out.

For some strange reason it seems each year we have one.of our well thought of linemen slip a cog emotionally , physically, or in some fashion.
EJ last year, Nick before that....smh....perhaps it's Stenburg this year.

I watched the first few minutes before turning in. After reading the recap this morning, I have three takeaways. Some very poor tackling from what I saw. There may be some personnel issues (Stenberg seems to have an attitude problem and what was the deal with Kash playing the air guitar when the captains met for the coin toss?). Also, I feel coach Stoops used very poor judgement going for it on fourth and one from around our 40 the way our def. was playing. There are a number of things that can, and one of them did, happen in that situation and all but one are bad. Had Arky scored a td, instead of having to settle for a fg, we might be singing a different tune this morning.

It really was a strange game, but after halftime of Florida this is a strange season.
Kash Daniel's for whatever cause seems to be turning into the player formerly known as Kash.
Stenberg....dunno. both made plays down the stretch that were really bad. Coach Stoops fourth down gambit in the first half was pretty much an admission of desperation and could have been a season ender.

As for Arkansas.....second week in a row the Hogs had the winning drive snuffed right at the end.

I know I'm the minority but I am ready for him to graduate and move on. I have never been a huge fan of his. He seems to always get dumb penalties at crucial times and is an instigator. I've also seen him flop around a few times like a soccer player. I know you want a nasty streak on your oline, but you can be nasty and smart.

Goodness gracious what a performance last night by Bowden. I'm not sure if I've seen too many UK players who are as electric out in space. Cobb is the closest I can think of.

^^^Cobb may have been more crafty but Bowden has better speed. He's pretty amazing. Better enjoy him now. I'd guess he'll be a good draft pick.

I have to go with last night Bowden was electrifying.
I'm starting to wonder what really is with this crew....there were games during the streak when Bowden just seemed to go through the motions. Throw in some of Kash Daniel's and Stenbergs antics and I'm wondering if this particular team needs a counselor more than a coach.

It was a strange and fun night. LB is like a video game cheat code. He is amazing.
